LOCAL EXPERTS

We sure do. When it comes to emergencies, let Central IT be your first port of call. We prioritise urgent issues for both existing and new customers alike. We understand how important your IT infrastructure is to the day-to-day running of your business, so if something critical goes wrong, we’ll do everything we can to help get you back up and running.

Yes, we can, assuming the emergency doesn’t prevent us from accessing your systems remotely. In many emergency situations, systems may be offline or inaccessible over the internet, but where remote access is still possible, we can often diagnose and resolve issues without needing to attend on-site.

Yes. Whatever the requirement is, we’ll deal with it accordingly. If the issue can’t be resolved remotely, we can arrange to attend your premises and work through the problem on-site.

In most cases, we can offer a very quick response and begin investigating the issue straight away. Response times can depend on the nature of the problem, your location and current workload, but emergencies are always treated as a priority.

Yes. A complete internet or network outage would normally be treated as an emergency, particularly if it is preventing your business from operating. Give us a call and we’ll assess the issue, establish the likely cause and work on the quickest way to get you connected again.

Yes. A server outage is another issue we would normally treat as an emergency. We can investigate the cause, assess whether the server can be recovered quickly and take the appropriate steps to get your systems and services running again.

If you’re an existing customer, we’ll already know your setup, so a brief summary of what has happened, who is affected and when the problem started is usually enough for us to begin investigating. If you’re a new customer, we may need a little more information about your systems, network and the equipment involved so we can get a better understanding of the issue. Either way, don’t worry about having every technical detail — just tell us what you’re seeing and we’ll take it from there.
