Yes. Central IT can provide the complete solution from the initial enquiry right through to installation and setup. We can configure PCs, laptops, monitors, docks, printers and other equipment, install the required software, connect everything to your network and Microsoft 365 environment, and carry out the installation either at your premises or another agreed location.
Yes. We can transfer files and data from an existing working computer when an upgrade or replacement is required. In many cases, we can also recover and transfer data from a failed computer, depending on the nature of the fault. Data transfer is something we regularly provide as part of our complete installation and replacement service.
Yes. Central IT can provide both hardware and software, including monitors, docking stations, keyboards, mice, printers and other accessories. There’s no need to source everything yourself — we can provide the complete solution based on your requirements.
Yes. Not every client will require ongoing support after purchasing hardware or software, but many do prefer the reassurance of having support available afterwards. We can provide this either on an ad-hoc basis or through a monthly support agreement. We’ll never try to oversell anything and will always base our recommendations on what your business actually needs.
